The Dime Novel publication process is as follows:

• Series is submitted to creative staff and reviewed
• Once a series is accepted for publication, the author begins work, producing the first three issues.
• After the first three issues are produced, the creative and editorial staff works with the author to refine the story and style. It is often during the first three issues that the main characters, themes, and environment are completely defined. Because of the serialized format, it is critical that series-long information (such as environment, characters, and themes) are defined early on because there is no opportunity (like when writing a novel) to return back and correct. This initial stage takes approximately 45 days.
• Upon successfully finalizing the first three issues, the series will be put into a regular publishing schedule requiring the author to produce content (finalized by our production staff) every 10 days.
